The story of this VW is fantastic!!
It was assembled in 1965 in Brazil, and at the beginning of this century, a French sailor, who was sailing around the world on his sailboat at the time, stopped in Rio de Janeiro and, upon seeing this VW, fell in love with it and decided to buy it.
When his long journey ended, he came to live in Portugal and brought the VW back to be his passenger…

When his long journey ended, he came to live in Portugal and brought the VW back to be his passenger car. He restored it there and kept it until 2025, when he returned to France and sold his VW to me.
